Coriander, also known as cilantro, is one of the easiest of all herbs. It is an extremely popular plant with the leaves, stems, roots and mature seeds all being flavoursome and aromatic. May be pruned and leaves used from a young age.
Plant 25-30cm apart, protect from frost. Prefers full sun position to part shade position in well drained but moist soil. Water regularly.
