A low rounded shrub, Nandina domestica 'Nana' has reddish-green compound leaves turning to crimson, ruby-red and scarlet in autumn and winter. It does not produce fruit or flowers.
A tough and hardy plant, copes well with hot and cold conditions, planted in well-draining soil it requires little maintenance. Tolerates full sun and part shade. It will do well in containers or garden borders.
Perfect for low hedges, borders and rockeries. Very effective when mass planted.
